Initially based just in the UK, we’ve grown significantly in recent years through the expansion of international operations. We opened our Canadian office in February 2017 to cater for our Canadian and North American customers. Our growing customer base in the Asia Pacific region led to further expansion and the launch of our Australian office in February 2018. We now have a team of more than 80 employees, supporting a wide variety of clients, globally.

Altia is proud to be represented in the United States by Toby Langston, who leads our efforts to support law enforcement, government agencies, and regulatory bodies in enhancing their financial investigations with proven, purpose-built technology. Toby serves as the lead contact for American organizations, supported by a wider team of subject matter experts and experienced consultants who work collaboratively to deliver effective, scalable solutions.

Meet Toby
Tech-driven change, grounded in experience.
With a background in frontline policing and over five years of business development experience, Toby brings a unique combination of operational insight and strategic expertise. He has led major initiatives which have enabled public sector organizations to return valuable time to their investigators, improve the speed and effectiveness of outcomes for victims, and maximize the value of taxpayer dollars through strategic force multiplication.
Prior to joining Altia, Toby served as a Detective Constable with the Metropolitan Police in London, where he investigated complex cases involving domestic violence, burglary, and gang-related crime. This firsthand experience gives him a deep understanding of the challenges law enforcement professionals face, knowledge he now leverages to guide meaningful, tech-enabled change.
Altia’s approach in the U.S. is grounded in trusted partnerships, a clear understanding of agency needs, and a commitment to delivering outcomes that matter. Whether advising on digital strategy or supporting transformation initiatives, Toby and the Altia team work to ensure public sector leaders can do more with less without compromising on service, security, or justice.
